Let’s Talk Grief:
Healing With Hilling
This heartfelt workshop invites attendees into an honest conversation about the many layers of grief. Inspired by Preston’s charm and story, the presenter will share a personal journey of navigating trauma, rediscovering faith, and transforming anger into grace. Topics will include recognizing shared grief, easing anxiety, cherishing joyful memories, and clearing a path toward peace. Through stories of resilience and healing, participants will learn ways to support themselves and others, leaving with encouragement, hope, and the reminder that healing is possible.
A Man’s Perspective on Grief
This insightful workshop explores how men and women experience grief differently—and how those differences can be used to support one another through shared healing. Presenter Hilling will discuss why men often grieve differently, including cultural pressures that challenge their ability to express vulnerability and the internal struggle many face around masculinity and grief. He will offer practical strategies for women to encourage men in embracing healthier grieving practices, while also providing guidance on how women can grieve in harmony with men. Attendees will gain tools to foster understanding, connection, and mutual support in their grief journeys.
